In order to qualify you must verify with CCRC staff that you have completed all of the following and submit a raffle punchcard:
-3 college applications
-1 scholarship application
-Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or verified ineligibility
-GEAR UP student survey
-GEAR UP parent survey
