- This scholarship is for current high school juniors who are of Hispanic/Latino descent (at least one parent)
- To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be graduating in the spring of 2013 and be planning to enroll in college in 2013-2014. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and must be US citizens or permanent residents.
- The current award categories include, but are not limited to: Business, Community Service, Education, Engineering and Mathematics, Health care, and Science.
- Applicants must be willing to travel at their own expense to the awards ceremony in their selected region; ceremony attendance is absolutely mandatory for scholarship recipients.
- Award: $1,000
- Deadline: July 1, 2012
