* Must be graduating from any United States high school in May/June of the deadline year
* Must be a United States citizen or legal resident
* Must be planning a graduation celebration (of any size)
* Must be planning to attend post secondary school in the fall of the deadline year
* Must have a GPA of 2.0 or above
