- This scholarship is specifically for women who are college- bound high school juniors and seniors.
- Applicants must submit an essay on the following topic: "The Constitution and States Rights: How Federalism Impacts Women and Historically Underrepresented Populations."
- Winners must be able to attend the entire NFWL Annual Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, on November 15-19; all travel and lodging expenses will be covered by the NFWL.
