- This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are US citizens or eligible non-citizens and are residents of Illinois.
- To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be at an approved high school by the end of the sixth semester; rank in the upper half of their high school class at the end of the third semester prior to graduation; and take either the ACT or SAT between September 1 and June 30 during the third and fourth semester prior to graduation.
