- This scholarship is for seniors who are graduating from a high school in the United States in the winter of 2012 or the spring of 2013.
- To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must demonstrate the attributes of leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship at school, at the workplace, and in the community.
- Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance with a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate financial need, and be US citizens.
- Applicants must plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study toward a bachelor's degree at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States for the entire 2013-2014 academic year.
- Applicants must be nominated by an eligible community leader, preferably a high school principal, elected official, or an executive director of a nonprofit organization.
- Award: $10,000
- Deadline: January 10, 2013
