- This scholarship is for full-time graduating high school seniors in good academic standing of any ethnic or cultural background who plan to attend an accredited college or vocational school.
- To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.2. Applicants must be residents of one of the following states or metropolitan areas where there are APCA chapters: Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin, or the Washington DC Metropolitan Area (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia).
- Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States. At least one scholarship will be awarded to the top-scoring child or legal dependent of a current APCA member in good standing.
- Award: $2,000
- Deadline: Febuary 15, 2013
