- You must be planning to attend Harold Washington, Harry S. Truman, Kennedy-King, Malcolm X, Olive-Harvey, Prairie State, Richard J. Daley, South Suburban, or Wilbur Wright College for the 2013-2014 academic year.
- You must be planning to attend one of these colleges full-time for the entire academic year. Students graduating before May 2014 are not eligible.
- You must be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident eligible for federal and state financial aid.
- You must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher.
- Deadline: April 16, 2013 (Priority deadline is March 16, 2013)
