- This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are residents of Cook County, Illinois.
- To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be enrolling as full-time students at an accredited bachelor's degree-granting institution that is eligible to receive Title IV federal aid and is located within the United States.
- Applicants must demonstrate strong financial need, have a 3.0 GPA or higher, be eligible to receive state and federal aid, and will file the FAFSA.
