- This scholarship is for high school, college, and graduate students and students planning to enter college.
- To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be attending or planning to attend an accredited US college or university for undergraduate or graduate studies and be US citizens or permanent residents.
- To apply for this scholarship, applicants must write an essay no longer than 500 words in length on a given topic related to cyberbullying. Selection is based on the written essay and focused on creativity, content, and a commitment to the cause of deleting cyberbullying
