- This scholarship is for current and prospective undergraduate students who are legal US residents. Prospective college students must plan to enroll for the following school year. To apply for this scholarship, applicants must explain how they reduce, reuse, and recycle in the form of a YouTube video clip, tweet, photo, blog entry, or Facebook wall post.
