- This scholarship is for students currently enrolled in the fall/spring school year of 2013/2014 at any college, university, trade, or technical school within the United States or Canada. Graduating high school seniors, undergraduate students, and graduate students are all eligible as long as they are enrolled in the upcoming school year.
- To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be 16 years of age or older and be Canadian or American citizens or hold a valid student visa.
- To apply for this scholarship, applicants must submit an essay on one of two given topics related to heart health.
