- Must be US citizens or permanent residents
- To apply students must undertake an individual or team research project related to math, science, and/or technology.
- Students submitting individual projects must be high school seniors
- Students submitting a project as a group of 2 or 3 are not required to be high school seniors
- Deadline: September 6, 2013
- $1,000 -$100,000
